Our Promise to You

We want you to love your bag. If you don't, we'll make it right, always with store credit or a free replacement. No cash refunds for change of mind, but you'll never be stuck with a bag you don't love.

Two Simple Paths



If this happens... What we'll do...
Defective bag or wrong item shipped Free replacement after we receive the returned bag. We pay return shipping.
Changed your mindordered wrong size, or just didn't love it Store credit for the full amount. No restocking fee. You pay return shipping.

Defective or Wrong Item (Free Replacement)

If your bag arrives damaged, defective, or we shipped the wrong item:

Step 1: Notify Us (within 7 days of delivery)

Email hello@albyce.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the defect or wrong item

  • Brief video (10 seconds) showing the issue

Step 2: We Approve and Send a Label

Once we review your photos/video, we will:

  • Approve your return

  • Email you a prepaid shipping label (we pay return shipping)

  • Provide instructions for packaging

Step 3: Ship the Defective Bag Back

  • Pack the bag securely (original packaging preferred)

  • Attach the prepaid label

  • Drop off at any shipping carrier location

  • Keep your drop-off receipt as proof

Step 4: We Ship Your Replacement

Once we receive the defective bag:

  • We inspect and verify the issue

  • We ship your replacement bag at no cost within 5-7 business days after processing

  • You receive tracking information via email

Important Notes:

  • If you prefer a different style instead of an identical replacement, we will issue store credit for the full amount after receiving the return

Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Didn't Love It (Store Credit)

If you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size:

Step 1: Request a Return (within 7 days of delivery)

Email hello@albyce.com with:

  • Your order number

  • photo showing all original tags still attached

  • brief video (10 seconds) showing the bag's condition

Step 2: Ship the Bag Back

Once approved, we'll provide the return address. You pay return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Step 3: Receive Store Credit

After we receive and inspect the bag (allow up to 14 days), we'll email you a store credit code.

Store credit details:

  • Full value of your purchase (no deductions)

  • Never expires

  • Can be used on any product at albyce.com

  • Cannot be converted to cash

What Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items without original tags attached

  • Items showing signs of wear, odors, stains, or pet hair

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

  • Items returned without prior approval
